A label scanned wrong. What do I do?
On the result screen, tap "Not right? Correct this scan" to fix the composition or care, and the grades update instantly. If a particular tag keeps misreading, email a photo of it to [email protected] so we can improve the reader.
How do I add a garment photo and categories?
After a scan, tap "Save to wardrobe". You can add a photo of the real item, give it a name, and assign categories like t-shirts, shoes or summer. Everything is optional and editable later from the item's Edit button.
What does Premium include?
Premium unlocks the deeper on-skin health findings and keeps your full wardrobe history beyond the free limit. Scanning and decoding care labels stays free.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select ClothTrace to change or cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Premium until the period ends.
Where is my data stored?
On your device and in your own private iCloud. The developer cannot access it. See the privacy policy for detail.
I switched phones and my wardrobe is missing.
Make sure both devices are signed into the same Apple ID with iCloud enabled for ClothTrace in iOS Settings. Sync can take a moment after first launch.
